I have noticed that £4.99 had been going out my credit card account for 14 months and I didn't know what it was for. I then found out it was for a product that I had from your company and its insurance that I didn't want, I told the sales assistant that I never take insurance out on any product that I purchase, so I would like to know, how this as happened, and if I am going to get a refund for the money you have been taking out of my account for all this time, and I wish it to be cancelled NOW.
