Complaint against Currys PC World

I have monthly payments from my account for ‘product support ag’ which I now know is for Customer service coverage on my laptop. Furthermore, this has never appeared in my standing orders or direct debits on my bank account, which shows a disturbing lack of transparency from PC World. I am certain that I did not want the product support, and told the salesperson at the time that this is not what I wanted. I was under the impression that the added cost when I bought my laptop was for the Microsoft Office software package, but now that it has been over a year and the software has expired yet I am still being debited this amount, I have learnt that I have been charged for a product I did not want. I do not and have never required product support, therefore I expect all the money charged monthly since buying my laptop to be refunded.
