Complaint against Currys PC World

I received a letter from Currys PC World / Knowhow informing me there had been a problem with a direct debit payment. It seems they have been withdrawing £6.50 every month ever since I purchased an iPad a few years ago as I 'chose to pay' for a Coverplan agreement. 1. I did not chose to pay for any such agreement. 2. The total amount withdrawn from my account without my approval is hundreds of pounds.. As such, I would like to see following - - The immediate termination of this agreement - Proof that I entered into this agreement - A full refund for the total costs incurred from these monthly charges. Thanks
