Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a lap top from Curries PC and I've just found out that I have paid £6.50 on 21st September and again on 10th October. I was not informed about this charge and want to cancel it forthwith accompanied by a refund of £13.

Item bought laptop HP15-AB270SA for £329. Receipt no. 084917. There is a charge of £6.50 on that receipt for Customer Support Agreement which when purchased I was informed that if I wanted to continue with the support all I had to do was call within 28 days

Thank you for your post George. Apologies that we have not been able to see any of your other posts in relation to your query. The information that you were given is the opposite of what is supposed to happen. If you do not require the support after the first month, you would need to call 0344 561 1234 to cancel the agreement. If you do not call the agreement will be a rolling month to month
