I have reviewEd my bank statement and a product support AG has been coming out my account monthly for £6.50 each month. I did not ask for this

I can assure you I didn't sign anything. So would like to see a copy of what you think you have. Why would so many people be complaining you are taking money if they signed an agreement

Hi Donna, the agreement has been cancelled, however, a refund would not be processed as you have had full benefit should an issue have occurred. A mandate would have been signed at the time and full documentation provided as well as the details for the agreement being attached to the product on the receipt. Thanks - Nino

We would not undertake this under any circumstances, hence the advise regarding cancellation should you request. the agreement was in place for 11 months and no refund would be processed as outlined in all correspondence regarding this matter. I went to the bank and they said this hasn't been set up as a direct debit the money is being taken as a card transaction which I didn't authorise

I did not authorised you to take this from my card. So I would like to see the signature where I authorise you to take that monthly amount. Your employee has added that without my knowledge or permission.
