[LAPSED] Poor customer service

Complaint against Currys PC World

ordered a Hoover fridge freezer via phone and when received was damaged reported this to Currys customer service only to be asked to call back next day after waiting 10 minutes to get through as they could not process the exchange that day. I requested a call back and was advised I would be called next day at 10 am surprise surprise no call was received so I then had to call them and waited 20 minutes to get through and go through story again was given some story about is an inbound call centre and they could not make outbound calls I was so angry I requested a full refund and will never deal with them again
