Complaint against Currys PC World

Back in August I bought a laptop via a finance plan. The usual monthly payments have come out of my account as expected each month however after reviewing my mobile banking recently I noticed a £7.50 charge from Profict Support AG which has NOT appeared on my statements previously. I understand that this has something to do with my laptop or some extra purchase I didn't want. Now I like Currys PC World I've bought more than just laptop(s) from them in the past but I'm not happy that I now have unexplained and unexpected charges to my account with out prior notice. I would like a refund of the charge and I would also like for Currys to make sure I am not charge this again in the following months!
