Complaint against Currys PC World

I had previously sent an email to Currys PC World on the 25th October 2017 explicitly cancelling a Support and repair plan that was taken out in relation to a Beko fridge freezer that was purchased from the Currys store at Forestside in Belfast on 17th October 2017. Payments have since been taken from my account in December, January, February and March. From my research online I can quite clearly see that this has happened to many others and I am not alone. Can you please cancel these payments and refund any payments made. I can provide any further details required. Regards
