Complaint against Currys PC World
Upon recently doing a deep investigation into my finances I have found £8 per month 'product support ag' has been coming out of my account each month, upon looking into this it looks to me some sort of warranty, the only thing I can recall this could be for was a laptop purchased around 5 years ago. I have very good home insurance that covers all this so would not in anyway way have taken out this insurance and am shocked to realise I have been paying this so long, admittedly partly my fault in not checking this sooner. However the fact this just seems to have been added on without me being made aware is quite worrying, and I don't seem to be the only one. I would like currys to contact me to discuss further, cancel and resolve this situation.
