[LAPSED] Unknowingly Charged Product Support AG

Currys PC World
Hi ever since I bought a Laptop from Brighton store a few months ago I have been charged £11.99 a month for Product Support AG? I don't recall doing this and I don't even know what it is so I don't belive I would have willingly signed up. Can I please be refunded and have this cancelled. Thank you.
