Complaint against Currys PC World

Hi there, I have been trying to solve this 5,50£ coming out feom mu account without any permission, for at least two years, I have called many numbers but they said they cant recognise my address neither my name, so how can they be taking my money every month if they dont have my name on your system!!!!!!!

Hi, that's the statement reference. Is this on your cc statement or standard bank statement, as a credit card mandate won't have the actual mandate reference number required. So I can check all possibilities could you please email [email protected] with your full address and postcode (from the time the payments began) & if this is a card mandate we'd need the card number as well. - Jay

I have never even signed this, I bought an ipad my never told about product care, if I did please send a copy then. I want it cancel and my money refunded.

You dont want to give full refun because you saying I signed up to this, On the day I repeated many times I didnt want to have this careplan so I wasnt given any receipt for this at the time. If you are saying that there is a receipt then send a copy of it, I have emailed before so you have my email address.
