Currys PC World
I checked my bank account this morning to find that £1.99 had been taken from my account by Product Support AG, which I had not given permission for. I bought a XBox in November but did not want product support, as I never do on small appliances. I would like a refund for the money taken from my account. I always use Currys but will think again in the future!!
