Complaint against Currys PC World

Purchased a TV from Currys on 4th Dec 2017. I very clearly said to the sales person that I didn't want product support however I have just seen from my bank statements that I have been charged £5.99 Jan, Feb & March 2018.

Hi Rach....I have since spoken to Curry's who have apologised and agreed to a full refund. They have also cancelled the product support agreement that I 'didn't' sign up for. Regards Keeley
