Complaint against Currys PC World

I noticed on my Bank Account that there was 2 withdrawals titled as above. I checked with my Bank & they told me it was an insurance from Currys. I have no knowledge of this. I took my computer into Currys in January & they fitted a new hard drive & changed the operating system from Windows 8 to Windows 10. I paid for this but a no time did anyone mentioned I was agreeing to paying for an insurance for what had been done. I intend to take it up with them in person.
