Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a laptop from Currys PC world in Plymouth about a year ago. I have seen that on the 10th October 2017 that once a month a figure of £12 has also been taken out of my bank account by Product Support AG with the reference number 0844 800 6080 GB. I assume this is payment for the use of the Knowhow Cloud Storage care plan. when I bought the PC I was told that I would have the first year of Knowhow Cloud storage for free and with no hidden charges, and the option to cancel the subscription before any money would leave my account. Upon looking, through receipts of payment for the laptop, I can see nowhere where I have agreed to this care plan being activated, and to reiterate, the member of staff who served me that day said that I would receive no hidden charges, meaning this money was taken without my permission or knowledge. After my initial complaint, and speaking to a knowhow customer service team member, I have been informed that the payment of £12 a month will be stopped, however the money that has already been taken out is non-refundable. This will not suffice as the money was still taken without my knowing and by not refunding my money you are essentially saying that it is my fault for not noticing you steal from me. Please get back to me asap as I need this to be resolved soon. Regards, Sidney James
