Complaint against Currys PC World

i have just noticed that for the laST 12 MONTHS i have had £3.00 taken from my account each month this payment was not signed for or agreed .i bought a new fridge from you from your crown point shop ,i remember the assistant askin me if i would like to take out this , of which i repied no thank you . you have no right to take money from my account with out my permission and i demand a full refund thank you

Apologies, this is showing the refund was processed on the 23rd June back to the card it was taken from. Have you contacted your card company to check the transaction? As this takes a maximum of 3 - 5 working days and showing completed. Thanks, Gemma
