Complaint against Currys PC World

I was recently billed £40 for Knowhow cloud without my consent. I was on hold for half an hour in total afyer 3 separate advisors blind transferred me back through to the same department. Having been billed this I looked through my monthlt transactions since I purchased my laptop in September 16. I have been billed £8.50 a month for Product Support AG. I have not consented to this. The customer service in the call centres is appalling. I have not been allowed to cancel the £8.50 subscription even though I have not consented to this. I will never NEVER purchase from Currys again. Their tactics are sly and disgusting.
