[LAPSED] absolutely useless

Complaint against Currys PC World

so I took my 50inch tv to Solihull store to be booked in for repair under the repair plan after booking it in with someone who wouldn't no customer service if it smacked him in the face I left 2 days later I'm asked to contact head office they have lost my tv no one will own up to who or how it was lost but it's lost day 7 I'm entitled to a voucher for a new tv under the care plan but oh no there trying to make me wait another 14 days for an investigation this is my fault how, if it isn't bad enough I popped to store to find out what was happening and while i was in there I was going to buy my 2 children new tablets I approached an man an asked for his assistance he was holding a piece of cardboard an apparently it's more important that he puts that in recycling than serves a customer he goes off then goes some were else an completely ignore us it's okay cause Argos had my money with much better service come on Currys look at your reviews isn't it telling you something
