Complaint against Currys PC World

I went into the shop bought a pc for my son, using a finance plan on credit . The young man attempted to sell me and my wife insurance several times for the pc which we refused and rejected each time , on each sale attempt we made it crystal clear we did not want to buy or take out insurance for the computer . I work in insurance sell insurance plans myself , so I checked the paper work set up agreed direct debit for the credit plan for the agreement for the price of the pc only got the paperwork and receipt . I have just noticed a separate direct debit has been set up and being taken for pc insurance separate to the agreed plan . I have not authorised this and am absolutely horrified and livid that this insurance direct debit has been set up and payments for this taken with out my consent . I demand a full refund and wish to make a full complaint against the staff member so this can be investigated and the appropriate action taken against the staff member .
