[LAPSED] Cancelling Product Support

Complaint against Currys PC World

Hi there. I emailed through to cancel my product support for my Ipad mini bought in 2013. I have been paying £3 a month and wrote to cancel in July. I have actually moved over to Australia and would like to be compensated for the months following that and the fact is it still not cancelled?? I have not got an English telephone number to be contacted on now and have just checked again to see the money has gone out of my English account in August September and October? I cannot cancel the payment my end as it is not set up as a direct debit. My name is Audrey Moore and I purchased the mini in Nottingham Currys pc world. I look forward to hearing from your team.
