Complaint against Currys PC World

I have just noticed a payment for £9.49 been taken out of my bank account from Product Support AG. I've just gone back through my account and this payment has been taken towards the end of each month for the last 2 years. I have no idea why it has been taken out but the dates coincide with a laptop I bought from currys PC world. I was not aware of the product support when I bought the laptop and I have adequate house insurance that would cover it. Please could someone inform me how this has happened and how I can cancel these payments? Many thanks
