I have been checking my bank account recently and came across this, Product Support AG, which you have been deducting £9.49 from my account, without authorisation, my consent and knowledge. This was a sudden taking of my money, beginning from the 10 July 2018. Firstly, I need to know why you are charging me Secondly, I have NOT bought anything from you for you to even take money from me Thirdly, considering I made no purchase, it cannot have anything to do with buying insurance. Either case, I wouldn't buy insurance for a product. 10/07/18 09/08/18 10/09/18 17/10/18 30/11/18 27/12/18 18/01/19 Each time - £9.49 There is a LARGE number of articles online concerning this.
