Complaint against Currys PC World

I was told when purchasing 4 items that buy having the product support the manager could give me some discount on my total bill. She said after iv paid the first month I'd be able to cancel the direct debit as it wasn't a contract. The money has been taken now so iv gone to cancel the direct debits for them and they arnt showing. I do not want these extra charges going out my bank every month and I want them canceld
