Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased an HP laptop from here on 26 July 2017. The deal included 2 months free HP Care Plan, which i could cancel at anytime. I have been charged 10 pounds from my account on 29 August, 27 August and 30 October. I have not received any free months. Charges appear as: PRODUCT SUPPORT AG 0844 800 I have now contacted HP to cancel the Care Plan, but they have no record of my having signed up to it in the first place so they cannot cancel it. I would like to be reimbursed for the two months i have been charged for, which i shouldn't have been, and i would like all further product support /care plans to be cancelled with immediate effect.
