[LAPSED] Being charged for support, despite never asking for it

Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a Laptop on the 27/04/17. Imagine my surprise on discovering through my Bank accounts, that I have been charged for support. At the point of purchase, the Agent informed me that he could not get on the main site, so was putting it through the Business side. At no time was I aware that I would be charged a monthly support fee. 8-50 has gone through on 30/05, 3/07, 31/07 and 29/08, £34 in total. I never ever take out product support, as the sale of goods act covers any issues within any guarantee. I want this cancelled and totally refunded
