Complaint against Currys PC World

Bought a cooker on 22nd November.Wrong item sent on following Tuesday was wrong model.promise a repacement on thursday did not come . After contactng store, on line ,etc., Agreed to send out today 12 th December did not come . A shambolic service . No one wanted to resolve , passee around different people , even spoke to a manager who passed it back to shop .Told me the shop manager would ring me back its 5.45 and still no call back . I will now have to go to shop to get my money back . Absolutely shocking service . The worse I have experienced ever. This company has banked my money for 20 days and gained interest on my money and no product provided . Advise anyone buying to avoid this company. Never use them again .

Hi Maureen. As the original purchase was in store, you would need to return to store for this to be processed. If a credit/debit card, it takes 3-5 working days to show back on your account. Thanks. Carrie.

Yes it is now day five as I stated.They never gave me a refund receipt the guy in the shop was directed to refund my account by the manager .He did it on line to the main office and took the details from my original receipt on Tuesday 13th december ,whats going on here.My original purchase receipt no. 036323 dated 22/11/16.

this is shocking so how do I get my money back and ow will your company compensate me for the loss of my money and my time . does this mean i have to yet again return to an incompetent store and wait further or can you expedite this refund ASAP .!!!

Do I have to go to law to get my money back.for a service that is so inept . A retailer that does not know how to refund when they get it wrong . What are you doing . only keep apologising, but not giving me an anwer . please give me a positive response !!!!!

Money was received back into my account and the issue is now closed. However this has also confirmed to me that curry's are the worse organisation ,retail giant that does not now how to train its staff in managing there orders. Still never use them again, thnk goodness there are plenty more efficient retailers out there to choose from
