[RESOLVED] - Can't cancel currys support which I didn't want in the first place in

Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a TV from currys many years ago and was hounded to take on this tech support insurance , but two years ago I gave the TV away and tried to cancel it with no joy , and now that I have found this website something will happen, I can't afford to be giving this money away each month for no reason !

Hi ollie, I don't understand that if it has been cancelled why the money still keeps coming out, on my most recent bank statement which I received last week it still showing that curry's are still taking the money !! I think this just backs up the argument how hard it is to cancel because it's done by card and it shows on your computer as cancelled this is why it's taken me over 2 years to cancel.

Hi ollie, I'm not sure what know how cloud is and I have never bought a computer from currys PC world only a TV but the payments are £7.99
