[LAPSED] Cancel my knowhow cloud account

Complaint against Currys PC World

In April after our company transferred all our systems to one single storage cloud facility I no longer required knowhow cloud as a backup facility and made an attempt to cancel my subscription so that it would not be taken from my account at the next due date and thought I had managed to do this. Unfortunately this did not work and I had my subscription fee of £30 taken on the due date and only found out when the card statement came in. I had no advance warning of it being taken as I had in previous years, and it came as a shock to discover that you had automatically taken a payment from the card which is a business one. I tried to cancel again but found it impossible. I wish this to be reimbursed as I no longer use the knowhow cloud and have no need of it as all our data is now backed up elsewhere and for my subscription to be cancelled.
