Complaint against Currys PC World
In store I was told that this product care was taken by direct debit which I could cancel anytime. I cancelled the direct debit but now Support AG taking this money using my debit card and I haven't given permission for this. I want this canceling and an explanation as to why my card has been billed and not the direct debit mandate I signed in store.
