Complaint against Currys PC World

Hi, I bought an HP laptop in Jan 2014 and because my online bank statements have changed in the way that they now show what the item billed is as opposed to the type of transaction I have only just noticed the an AG Support of £6.50 a month being taken out since Jan 2015! I have never signed up to any onward support nor received letters/emails to offer this or say this was in place. Please could you look into this matter

HI Shahina, thank you for speaking with me today, apologies that we have not been able to trace any Service Agreements using the surname and postcodes provided. If you could check any receipts or alternative surname/postcodes that may have been used to purchase goods or reference numbers I would hopefully be able to trace the payment using those - Shaun

Hi, I have gone through all correspondences for all Currys PC world product I have bought since 2015 and the only purchase made was the HP laptop - product description HPK 15-P086SA. C018600712 is one code at the top of the bill and the order number was CUR1524858050. There have never been any other purchases since 2015

Hi Shahina, This reference number is an online order reference for a HP laptop purchased from our online store in 2015. Regrettably we don't seem to be able to trace any record of the payment that you refer to. With this in mind, it may be worthwhile obtaining the direct debit reference that will appear against the payment on each and every one of your bank statements. Richard

Your colleague found the laptop purchase in our last call- I will send you my postcode in a private message. There is no service agreement attached to it so I wish to have a refund please.
