Complaint against Currys PC World

when i went to currys to purchase my laptop, a women asked if i wanted product support, when i said no, she pushed it again saying it was free for the first month and that i could cancel it before the first payment by cancelling the direct debit with my bank. no such direct debit showed up on my account and so i figured nothing had happened. Now I have noticed that multiple payments with reference Product Support AG have come out of my account as single debit transactions. I want to know how to get this stopped NOW. I think its disgusting that it was pretty much forced on me to have the product, that I was lied to, saying that I could cancel it really easy as it was a direct debit and that you've clearly kept hold of my card details!!
