Complaint against Currys PC World

We purchased an IPad approximately 3 years ago and since then £5.50 has been coming out of our account each month. We have no way of cancelling this as it doesn’t seem to be set up as a direct debit. I have called the telephone number that appears under the amount on my bank statements to be then given another number - when calling the new number you are placed on hold and are advised everything that the call volumes are high and you will be waiting at least 15 minutes. I am not prepared to be on the telephone this long at a premium rate number This charge needs to be cancelled ASAP
