Complaint against Currys PC World

I was advised that I had 1 months free product support when buying my TV but that I had to cancel or it will continue at a charge. I then refused this cover as I was likely to forget to cancel. I thought nothing more until today when I have found that I am being charged for two separate amounts of £6.00 & £4.99. This has been taken without my authorisation and has been going on since November last year. The other point to make is why on earth have you charged me two separate amounts? I would like this refunded ASAP, you had no right to keep my card details and take money in this way. If I do not get a resolution I will go to local & national newspapers as well as watchdog. Thanks, Jason Jennings
