Complaint against Currys PC World

I had a text on Thursday 21st to say my dishwasher would be delivered on Friday 22nd as arranged. It was meant to be originally delivered on the 10th but due to the snow this was understandably cancelled. I had a phone call that day and arranged for it to be delivered on Sunday 17th. I called in the week to check this and they had no details of this arrangement that’s when I booked it for the 22nd. I booked the afternoon off work as I had a text to say slot was 13.40-17.40, it never arrived. I called Customer Service today to be told my item is out of stock. I am very disappointed I have had very poor communication over this, I’ve been the one to make the telephone calls, all I have had is a text message with a delivery slot that I didn’t even get.

We do have a dedicated team that are updated with out of stock products that are due for delivery so I am a little concerned that you did not receive a call from them.
