Complaint against Currys PC World

About 5 months I purchased a computer from PC world and purchased quite a few things with this purchase, including Cloud, Mc.Affee Live Safe for a five year term. Last month, I noticed a payment for £7.50 had been taken out of my debit card for product support and did not know what it was for. When I checked further I noticed that this payment was taken every month since July. I am very unhappy about it I wish for this to stop and a refund of all the payments to be placed back into my debit card account as I had no idea that I had been signed up to this without even knowing.

Hi Kateryna, The payment that you refer to relates to a careplan on your PC. The agreement protects your product against any faults or 'mishaps' that you may have with the PC. If you'd like to advise me of your home address at the time of purchase, I can request for the service to be cancelled. Richard

I got in touch with them myself and managed to cancel the agreement which I've never signed anyway... There are not going to be any further payments but no refunds too... Not happy.
