[LAPSED] Complaint about Customer Services & faulty washing

Complaint against Currys PC World

Fed up of writing this same information, this will be the fifth different method of communicating with Currys - or attempting to. Faulty washing machine delivered - Currys pass the buck to Samsung to verify the fault - can't get anywhere with Samsung as the two people I've spoken to have no idea what they are doing - lost count of the emails sent to Currys with no response - sent letter to head office and no response - facebook and twitter get same response that I need to deal with Samsung. Currys are actually liable and responsible according to the Consumer Rights Act not the manufacturer but trying to get anyone at Currys to understand that is infuriating! I just want my money back and someone to get rid of the broken washing machine that was faulty from the minute I got it! Will never be using Currys again!
