Complaint against Currys PC World

I have been very ill for the past 4 years, in and out of hospital, therefore not able to check my bank account online. Today my partner took a look for me and noticed a payment of £7.50 being charged to my credit card every month. I can only check back as far as June, online, the payment was going out at that time. The reference number is also a phone number which my partner called. She was told that the support was taken out for a laptop, in January and was cancelled in store in February and that "I can see on the screen in front of my face that no more payments have been taken". When my partner said that she could see on the screen in front of her face that there were at least 5 more payment, she was told to print it out and send it as proof and we'll be refunded only for the payments we can prove. That means we are missing out on goodness knows on how many months. As far as we know, it could go back way before January, as we have bought 4 laptops in all from Currys. I'm disgusted that the person on the phone said he had no way of checking what they had taken from our account and it was up to us to prove it. My partner and I are both disabled, its a struggle to visit the bank but he told us that thats what we would have to do to get the proof.
