Complaint against Currys PC World

I have just spotted I have been paying CURRYS PC WORLD £6.99 a month for 'PRODUCT SUPPORT' which I was not aware of. I clearly stated I did not want this support when I purchased a new Flat Screen TV. I spotted the payment on my account a few months ago and assued it was something my wife had set up for our AEG Oven! Very unhappy I have lost money when I was clear I did not want this cover.

Thanks Jack, Already been in-touch with Curry's to sort. I took the policy out for 2 days (to cover home delivery and installation as suggested to me by the sales rep). However despite calling on 8th Dec 2017 the account was not cancelled . Curry's do not keep records of calls that far back and as I also can't prove I called all that has happened is the account has finally been closed.
