Complaint against Currys PC World

Hello, I'd like to complain about Currys PC World support agreement. Last year, before new year I bought a laptop. During the purchase process I was asked if I wanted extra insurance on my computer, to which I said no, since I'm somewhat a computer engineer, so I know how to evade common computing problems. Got a slight complaint about computer itself being loaded with lots of bloatware, but what ever, it's manufacturer who pre-loads the bloatware. This October, I've noticed I'm getting charged 6.39£ pounds a month for an agreement I've never agreed on, naturally, I tried cancelling the direct debit, but to can't do it on my own. I've tried contacting them through email a month ago, got a nice email stating that my email is important and they'll try responding to my email in 7 working days.
