Complaint against Currys PC World

I bought a laptop with internet security from currys/pc world and seem to be payin £6.50 a month along with many others for "product support AG". I have some how missed it quite a few times however the charge does not seem to come out as a "direct debit" in my account but just as a monthly payment. If I set up a direct debit why does it not show on my list of payments? If I could please have some help to avoid this continuing and how I might go about retreeving a refund. Thanks
