Complaint against Currys PC World

After purchasing a laptop a month ago I now have product support charge appearing on my bank statement. It wasn't agreed to at time of purchase and they haven't had direct debit authorisation as it shows as a debit card payment so I can't cancel it via my bank. Luckily I have noticed on the first occasion. On the phone now trying to cancel it.
