Complaint against Currys PC World

i realised today that i have been paying £9.50 a month to this company via a debit card payment that would have been cancelled if it was a direct debit but its been going on for 32 months, so i have now paid an extra £300 for a £1k laptop. i have never used support, ever on anything. i didn't even realise i had this or it would have been gone. not happy at all with currys/pc world/dixons group whoever.

Very happy to have been refunded the amount i paid, just disappointed that i had to go through this in the first place.
