Complaint against Currys PC World

I have had a number of Card Payments made out to 'Product Support AG' and just need to confirm that it was your Company and for what item I have been billed for. Apparently withdrawals of £13.10 have been made on a monthly basis since August (the last payment was on 6 Oct for your dated bill of 4 Oct) I find that your company name does not clearly define who you are. You can check this out on the internet. In fact my bank has never heard of you. If you called yourself Curries or PC world product support I would know immediately from my bank statement who you are. At the moment I am just guessing. So PLEASE do something about it. Identify yourselves and save the public from all this frustration. Kind Regards

Hi Brian, I am sorry that your bank are unaware of ourselves as AG Product Support. Usually accompanying this information is a phone number should any queries arise from any of the transactions to ourselves. I have noted your requests and will feeedback your comments - Shaun
