Complaint against Currys PC World

I bought a Microsoft Surface Book i5 from PC Currys World in January of 2017. I had a difficulty with the Pen and I got in touch with Microsoft who told me I was sold a Demo Unit and I need to get it replaced by Curry's. I promptly informed Curry's who have repeatedly responded by dodging the issue. They have apologised saying "bring the machine in to change it from Demo Mode", I got back to MS and got a reference number and an email restating what they need to do as a responsible company. Currys has refused to acknowledge or address or defend themselves from the damning evidence. "from Microsoft Surface Hello B, “Good day”! I do hope all is great with you today. I would like to let you know that Microsoft will unable to process a DEMO Unit that was sold from Currys store. We highily suggest to contact the retailer and let them know that they should be replacing the device for the reason that its tagged as a DEMO Unit Thank you for your continued loyalty to us. We value your business! Respectfully, "
