[LAPSED] Diabolical online service and telephone customer service

Complaint against Currys PC World

Ordered product online for delivery on the 23/12/15. Waited in all day. No delivery! Looked at email, states delivery on the 30/12/15! Rang customer service they confirm delivery should have been on the 23rd but computer changed it as no stock, not happy as no call to inform. Ok, is it in store at local shop? Yes I'll reserve it you can pick up today(24/12) go in to pick up. Told that I have to pay? But I paid online! After many various calls and me being very upset. The advisor the night before totally cancelled my order and it will take up to 5 days for the money to be back in my bank( I didn't request this or get a email confirmation advising this had happened) cut it short. I have had to fork out again for the purchase sending my bank account into over draft, as this is a xmas present for my
