[LAPSED] Direct debit without my consent

Currys PC World
I have checked my bank account and noticed a £9.00/month payment to currys under the reference "CURRYS 3306361030" - I have no idea what this is for. The only possibility is that it was associated with a laptop I purchased in 2016 - meaning I have paid over £300 to Currys without my knowing/consent. This is blatantly unacceptable - and a quick Google shows that this is a sly tactic that Currys have used on thousands of people before. I am requesting a full refund. (customer service have also been contacted)
