Complaint against Currys PC World

Hi, I bought a Belling gas cooker for £380 and had it delivered this morning, I'm really not happy at all. The two man delivery team came and the cooker clearly didn't fit through the front door and they then forced the cooker through the door, this has damaged the front door which now doesn't shut or lock from inside or outside, and it is not aligned straight, we told the delivery men as to have a look at what they have done and they just laughed it off and then slammed the door from the outside and then said "look,it's shut now"..I am absolutely appalled by this,I have been using curry's for over 30 yrs, as have my other family members. I now have a front double glazed door which doesn't close, shut or lock, I have 3 young children who are now very scared to go sleep. I work night shift so it's a very scary situation as to what can happen with a damaged door. I have since been to the store where I have purchased the gas cooker from, spoke to the manager and and he gave me a number to ring, I rang that number, was put on hold for 30 mins, then just cut off. I rang again and after on hold for 30 mins I was given a case reference number, I am now very very scared that my 3 kids and wife are at home and the front door will not close or lock due to the damage caused by your delivery men. I am kindly asking for this to be resolved as soon as possible please, I have the relevant photos available and will pass them on to yourselves if required. The manager has since rang me and offered me his support and if I give you my case reference number I will appreciate it if you could contact me back.... Hi Georgia, my case reference number is cc3230043,last night our front door wouldn't lock, I had 3 children in the house, all scared and I had to take the night off work and will have to do the same again.... I would really appreciate it if you can resolve this issue as quickly as possible please Georgia, me, and my family have been using curry's for over 30 yrs and never had any problems before.

Hi Shaun,tried sending you reply on the email address you provided but it's come back as invalid email address. I was contacted by Facebook Messenger by someone named Tony and have replied back but no response. Please can this matter be sorted out asap as I leave the country on the 8th of this month on a work associated project and will be away for approximately 4 -6 wks, I have done everything.
