Complaint against Currys PC World

My fridge freezer has been out of action for 3weeks and still not sorted but no news on when the repair will be completed, First the part took 2weeks to come in stock then the know how team couldnt help with ANYTHING, they cant even contact the engineer to get me a date for repair!!! This included trying to get any info about how long it would take to get the repair fixed. We cant even return the item because the engineer, when/if he ever turns up has to condem it first even though it is still under warranty! When will this be resolved?

This may have been resolved by now Caroline (sorry for the delay, we have been having system issues), and I'm sorry you had troubles with your fridge freezer and subsequent repair.
