I noticed recently, AG PRODUCT SUPPORT had taken £5.49 from my account. Looking back to May 2018, this has been happening monthly or even twice a month. I have never to pay for product support from Curry’s PC World in 2018. Please can you advise how I apply for a refund and cancel any future payments. This is ridiculous that currys PC world take something what they not allowed! There is no direct debit which I can cancell. I never buy anything from them the trust was broken.
