Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a fridge and freezer from PC world. Last weekend I noticed a double payment for £14.10 had been taken out of my bank account for product support and did not know what it was for. Looking in Product Support AG complaints, I find that PC World has conned lots of customers, and most of them had no idea that they had been signed up to this without them knowing. I wish for this to stop and a refund of £28.20 to be placed back into my bank account, please.

In conclusion, I must admit, the matter was settled by Cuurrys PC World successfully for me. Money has been returned, but remained me the impression that I was in the store mistakenly informed or there was a misunderstanding about the charges. I think that this issue should be presented in a manner more pronounced in the future to avoid similar experience for other customers .
